When
it comes to Bridal Jewelry, Romance is in! Brides are
wearing Pendants, Diamond Necklaces, Diamond Bracelets and
Jeweled Hair Adornments. A beautiful diamond tiara
will make you look and feel like a princess on your wedding
day. |

Vintage Style Dresses are also in, don't forget to add
Antique Wedding Jewelry Pieces. Family heirlooms add a
personal touch to your wedding.
Many Brides are using color in their Wedding Jewelry.
Popular choices are: Blue Oval Sapphires encircled in
Diamonds, Rubies, Emeralds and Sapphires.
Many Brides are personalizing their Wedding by using their
Birthstone in their Wedding Jewelry. Cascading
Pendants with several beautiful gemstones are setting
off necklines.
Glittering Platinum and Diamond Rings are appearing on many
Movie Stars, such as, Tom Cruise, Nicollette Sheridan,
Jennifer Garner and Tori Spelling. Many Brides prefer
Platinum to Gold Wedding Bands. Some are combining Platinum
and Gold in their bands.
Brides are opting for Beautiful Precious Gemstones: Rubies,
Emeralds, Sapphires.
In my opinion an excellent idea is to have your bridesmaids
wear gowns reflective of the color of the colored gemstones
you are wearing. Perhaps their dresses could be just a
little lighter than your jewelry. To make this look as
beautiful as possible, have your bridesmaids wear the same
colorful gemstones. Your Wedding Pictures will be stunning.
If you don't have a lot of money to spend, you can still get
all the Bling with the Beautiful Cubic Zirconia. You'll get
plenty of dazzle and you can pick the color You love. Want
the look of platinum without the price tag? Try silver
jewelry.
Pearls are classic and are a perfect compliment to your
wedding gown.
For your wrists it is always safe to wear a diamond tennis
bracelet. But to add more Glitter to your entire look, why
not try a large diamond cuff bracelet. Thick cuffs of silver
and gold with beautifully colored gemstones are hot.
For even more Glitter, adorn your Wedding Gown with a
beautiful brooch.
A hot trend in New York and Los Angeles is the Asscher-Cut
engagement Ring. Ask your Jeweler to show you this
beautifully cut diamond. It is a very sparkly cut that was
popular in the 1920's. This cut reflects candlelight (which
is often used in Wedding Receptions) beautifully and looks
good in an Art-Deco mounting.
Here's a wonderfully personal idea for a second marriage-a
diamond or colored gemstone ring set with several stones to
represent each member of the family.
To create a personal look, pick your favorite gem and
alternate it with diamonds. For Your own unique look, why
not use your birthstone color.
Jeweled Hair Accents are in. Jeweled Combs and Tiaras are
being incorporated into beautiful Hair Styles.
For Earrings the look is Bold. The Chandelier Earring is
gaining popularity. This is a large dangling earring.
Chandelier Earrings with dangling diamonds, pearls, or even
glass beads are popular. They give a heirloom look to your
wedding.
What's the Trendy Groom wearing? Diamonds and Platinum Bands
of course, just like his lovely Bride. Many men prefer
platinum bands with burnished-set diamonds (the stones are
set flush with the band instead of raised).
Romance is the trend in Bridal Jewelry this year. You can
personalize your wedding with cherished family heirlooms or
by using your birthstone colors in your Bridal Jewelry. If
Brides continue to follow the trends, it will be a beautiful
year for weddings.
I hope your wedding is a beautiful and memorable event. |
